Understand what’s changing
In the UK, all electrical work goes through a series of governance tests and processes, including test results that need to be recorded through online systems. The test results and certifications are then distributed to building control at local councils. The largest of these systems is Certsure’s NICEIC Online Certification System (NOCS).
The existing NOCS platform was approaching end of life and proving difficult to maintain and support. As part of their digital transformation programme, Certsure needed expert help to build and migrate to a modern scalable solution that would support their business development goals.
