HASBRO (FORMERLY eONE)

Turning Existing Video Content into a 24/7 Revenue Engine

The Challenge

Transforming manual video operations into scalable commercial automation.

eOne (now part of Hasbro) manages some of the world's most recognisable children's entertainment brands, including Peppa Pig. While its YouTube channels attracted large audiences, livestreaming and content operations still relied on manual processes, with videos uploaded, scheduled and managed manually.

As demand grew, this approach became increasingly difficult to scale. The challenge was not simply to automate livestreaming, but to create a resilient operational platform capable of managing content, scheduling broadcasts, inserting advertising and supporting continuous commercial operation across a growing portfolio of YouTube channels.

Our Approach

Reimagining content operations through intelligent automation.

Psycle approached the project by looking beyond the immediate requirement for livestream automation. Rather than simply automating an existing process, we reimagined how content operations could be managed through automation, reliability and scalability.

By combining cloud infrastructure, workflow automation and intelligent scheduling, we created a platform capable of reducing manual intervention while allowing archived content to become an always-on commercial asset. The platform was designed to evolve, supporting new operational requirements and enhancements as the business continued to grow.

The Solution

An automated platform for managing YouTube channel operations at scale.

Psycle designed and developed a cloud-based operational platform that automated every stage of YouTube channel management. From content scheduling and livestreaming through to advertising, monitoring and permissions management, the platform replaced fragmented manual processes with a single, scalable solution.

Over the following years the platform continued to evolve through successive enhancements, introducing automated monitoring, self-healing capabilities, infrastructure scaling, permissions management and additional operational tools to support an expanding global content operation.
