Your privacy is important to Psycle Interactive Limited and to Psycle Interactive Spain SLU ("Psycle"). This privacy policy ("Policy") explains how your personal information is collected, used, and disclosed by Psycle.

Data protection principles

5. Personal data processed for any purpose or purposes shall not be kept for longer than is necessary for that purpose or those purposes
6. Personal data shall be processed in accordance with the rights of data subjects under the Data Protection Act 2018
7. Appropriate technical and organisational measures shall be taken against unauthorised and unlawful processing of personal data and against accidental loss or destruction of, or damage to, personal data
8. Personal data shall not be transferred to a country or territory outside the European Economic Area unless that country or territory ensures an adequate level of protection for the rights and freedoms of data subjects in relation to the processing of personal data

Personal Information Collected

We collect information from you in various ways when you use either our Site or applications we have developed for our clients.

Information you provide directly to us

Psycle will collect information from you when you provide it to us – for example when you send us an email or apply for a job. You may provide information which personally identifies you such as your full name, email address, phone number or postal address.

Information which is automatically collected

We may automatically collect some information from you. For example, it is standard for your web browser to automatically send information to any website you visit – this may include your computer’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, access times, the type of browser you are using, the language you are using and any referring website’s url.

We may also collect information about your computer’s operating system, information about how you use our sites – however this information does not identify individual users but we will use it to, for example, analyse use of sites and the user journey within the site.

We may also collect information through the use of cookies, web beacons or other automatic tracking devices. A cookie is a small piece of information sent by a website which is saved on your hard disk by your web browser. However, if you reject cookies your use of our websites may be impaired. A web beacon is an electronic image which is used to track how you use our website. Social Media Features

Our website, and websites we develop for our clients may include social media features such as the Facebook Like button, Twitter Share functionality, Google +1 button.

These features may collect your IP address, what page you are visiting on a site and may set a cookie to ensure the feature or website functions correctly.

Social media features are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our site or our client’s sites. Your interactions with these features are directly governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.

We therefore encourage you to review this Policy regularly to inform yourself about how your Personal Information is collected, used and shared by Psycle. To the fullest extent allowed under European law, your use of our website, our client’s websites or any applications developed by us, after the Effective date means that you are subject to the Policy then in effect.
